Heartbeat monitoring for cron jobs

Not every failure shows up as a dead homepage. If a nightly job or worker stops running, a heartbeat monitor catches the silence. Your system pings ReturnPod on a schedule. If we miss a ping, you get an alert.

How it works

1. Create a heartbeat monitor and copy the ping URL.
2. Call that URL from cron, GitHub Actions, or your worker.
3. If no ping arrives within your interval, we mark it down and alert you.
